Virtual Texture Release Consultation

Complimentary | 15 minutes

The first step towards your Texture Release Experience.

During your virtual consultation, we’ll discuss your hair history, current routine, desired result and expectations to establish your eligibility for Texture Release.

If suitable, you’ll be invited to reserve your Texture Release appointment and attend BHC for the required in-person skin test and hair assesment.

In-Person Consultation, Hair Assessment & Skin Test

Complimentary | 15 - 30 minutes

Required before selected technical services, including colour and Texture Release.

During your appointment we will assess your hair and scalp, review relevant colour or chemical history, discuss your desired result, recommended the most suitable service and complete any required skin test.

Please note: skin tests must be completed at least 48 hours before the relevant service.

Hair Extension Consultation

£25 | 30 minutes

A personalised in-person consultation to assess your natural hair, discuss your desired length and volume, recommend the most suitable extension option and talk through suitability, maintenance, aftercare and investment.

Required before all extension services.

Your £25 consultation investment will be credited towards your extension service when booked within 14 days.

Your standard 50% booking fee will be required to secure your appointment .

Virtual Consultation

£20 | 15- 30 minutes

A focused one to one consultation for clients who would like to discuss their hair goals, service options or general enquires before booking.

Ideal if you are unsure which BHC experience is right for you or would simply like to talk through your option first. Depending on your hair goals or the service you are considering, you may be asked to attend an in-person consultation before your booking can be confirmed.

Your £20 consultation investment will be credited towards your chosen service when booked within 14 days.

Your standard 50% booking fee will still be required to secure your appointment.

Before You Book

Consultations are available on selected days and times and must be booked in advance.

Where a skin test is required, your main service may not be confirmed until the relevant consultation requirements have been completed.

Prefer not to book a virtual consultation ?

General virtual consultations are entirely optional.

Please note: A virtual Texture Release Consultations is required for all new Texture Release clients before progressing with the service.
