  • All appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required booking fee is paid.

    A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and is deducted from the final service balance.

    Prices shown on website are subject to change. Any additional charges relating to length, density, extra product, detangling or specialist requirements will be confirmed where applicable.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours notice, subject to availability.

    Changes or cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the booking fee.

    No-shows forfeit the booking fee and may be charged up to 100% of the booked service value. Future booking may also require prepayment .

  • Some services require a consultation and/or patch test before the appointment take place.

    Where a patch test is required, it must be completed within the stated timeframe before your service.

    BHC reserves the right to decline, adapt or postpone a requested service where we believe it may compromise the health or integrity of your hair or where the service is not suitable.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their history, previous chemical services, colour history, allergies and any other relevant information before treatment begins.

    Results may vary depending on hair condition, texture, density, previous treatments and home care.

    Aftercare advice should be followed to help maintain the health of your hair and longevity of your results.

    Clients should arrive prepared according to the instructions provided for their booked service. Additional preparation, detangling or time may incur an additional charge.

  • Memberships, including The Maintenance Club, are subject to their individual membership terms, availability and recurring payment conditions.

    Website content, prices, services and availability may be updated or changed without notice.
