Do accept walk-ins?

BHC is located in Birmingham. Full location details are provided once your appointment is confirmed.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available nearby, subject to availability. We recommend allowing a little extra time before your appointment so you can park and arrive comfortably.
Can I bring someone with me to my appointment ?
To maintain a calm, one to one environment, appointments are reserved for the client receiving the service. We kindly ask that guests do not attend unless agreed with BHC in advanced. One parent or guardian may accompany a younger client where appropriate.
What professional haircare brands do you use?
We work with a carefully selected range of professional haircare products chosen according to the individual needs of your hair. Products used may vary depending on your service, hair condition and desired results.
Do you offer services for children or men?
BHC offers Mini Billions experiences for younger clients within the age range shown in our investment guide. Our services are primarily designed around the BHC woman and Afro and Textured hair, but enquiries outside our core offering can be discussed with the BHC Concierge.
Do I need to know exactly what my hair needs before I book?
Not at all. If you know the result you want but aren’t sure which service will get you there, contact the BHC Concierge and we’ll guide you towards the ost suitable experience.
